| Barkhill is an extensive property with three and a half kilometre frontage to Lake Victoria.
The latest subdivision of the property involves seven rural residential allotments ranging from 10 to 40 acres. All overlook Lake Victoria, two front the lake and two front Tom Roberts Creek.
Developer, John Williamson, said the properties had not yet been released and pricing was yet to be finalised, but he anticipated they would be on the market in 2005.

"The road and internal fencing have been completed. We have a permit to proceed and are confident we will receive approval for our jetty, which will give all property owners a 50 foot berth."
The Barkhill property extends from Banksia Peninsula to Wattle Point. Two subdivisions have been done at the Wattle Point end with two blocks remaining. The new subdivision is at the east, or Banksia Peninsula end.
There are some very attractive outlooks from the soon to be released blocks in the latest Barkhill subdivision.
